I would like to recommend the first rate service offered by Neil Sutherland at Pro Shooting Supplies in Ayrshire. Hello Neil,

Just a quick note to say that I registered the gun with GMK online last Friday. I received a letter from them on Monday stating that the gun was now registered with them and qualifies for their three year warranty. Good news!

I have not had an opportunity to shoot the gun but am very pleased with how it looks. I think it is very elegant.

BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY

I was recently invited to a shoot at Sorn Castle, in Ayrshire. I wanted to have my own gun with me rather than using a borrowed estate gun.

I was flying, but Prestwick airport is a terminal for Ryanair-who do not transport guns any more, so I called BASC. The person I spoke to suggested I go to a local firearms dealer close to my destination.

I would like to thank the firearms dealer in Scotland, Mr Neil Sutherland of Corsehouse Farm, Stewarton, Kilmarnock, for his kindness and efficiency in helping me. He phoned to say the gun had arrived and arranged to meet me from the plane, inspect my certificate, hand over the gun and cartridges, as well as drive me to my destination. His kindness did not end there. On the return journey, events conspired against me and I had not had time to clean my gun. luckily it had not got wet during the shoot, so I thought I would take a chance on receiving the gun from my local gunsmith I was a bit nervous as to what state it would be in. I found it was spotlessly clean and Rangoon oiled.
